According to Act No 205/2020, as of 1 May 2020, employers may classify jobs with risk factors such as 'physical strain' or 'working position' as category 2 on the basis of this assessment. The assessment also includes, if necessary, a set of recommendations for optimizing and improving working conditions, which will contribute to a safer and more efficient working environment.
